OUR SERVICES…

ASSESSMENT, EVALUATION, AND CUSTOMIZED RETENTION PRACTICES
Depending on the project, The Outcomes Architect utilizes a wide variety of tools to understand a client’s needs, from traditional data analysis and needs assessments to unconscious bias assessment, organizational culture measures and focus interview tools. We aim to find or create the right tools to measure an organization’s readiness and baseline at project onset. Conversely, we are skilled at understanding that project genesis is just a starting point, a point-in-time. What matters is how you measure progress.
The Outcomes Architect is adept at evaluating on-going progress and celebrating victories throughout the process. We work with organizations at developing realistic success indicators that make sense, creating a customized evaluation plan to aid them in measurement throughout the process; weaving it into each employee’s performance plan and making it a routine task—not a cumbersome addition to already overburdened teams.
Additionally, we offer our services on a continual basis to collect unbiased third-party data that can help your organization continue to improve on its mission, vision, values and culture. Some instances where such collection might be warranted include: engagement surveys, exit interviews; community needs assessments; and focus groups.
EXECUTIVE CONSULTING
At The Outcomes Architect we view strong leadership as one of the primary pillars to guide a sustainable and profitable organization. Leadership that is purpose-driven to empower others should become a core competency; to do this, leaders must embrace learning. We offer personalized one-to-one coaching through conversational interviews, self-reflective exercises, executive presence, communication development, and leadership style discovery to enhance decision-making and optimize strategies while supporting resilience to name a few.
MANAGEMENT COACHING & MENTORING
Great employees with years of experience are not always born managers. Being a great manager requires training. Guidance in human capital management; conflict resolution; delegation; meeting management; effective communication; and managing up—these skills do not simply come with a title change, they take guidance, skill development, and practice. A good coach can provide managers with the basic foundational skills to lead a team and succeed.
Managers also need on-going support; a place where they can continually seek guidance; to form lasting relationships; gain advice to grow professionally; discuss organizational culture and how to navigate it from shared or diverse perspectives. A good mentor offers individuals on-going opportunities to connect and grow.
The Outcomes Architect works with individuals, either alone or in teams, to strengthen their skills. Using an array of techniques, we customize strategies to meet your needs.
STRATEGY, PROGRAM, POLICY, & FUND DEVELOPMENT
Well-developed strategy is foundational for an organization to succeed. It offers the roadmap for everyone to follow; to understand how the work that they do everyday aligns to the organization’s mission, vision and values. Ideally, every action an organization undertakes should map to their strategy; it should be a living, breathing document that allows the organization to grow and expand, but centers it around its core.
The Outcomes Architect aids organizations to develop their strategic framework. We work with leadership teams to understand their competitive advantage, prioritize their work based on current revenues, and understand how and where to expand their offerings. This can include developing new programs; reviewing, revising, and developing policies; or working to developing robust fundraising strategies.
TRAINING & MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKING
Training prepares us for what’s ahead; it’s the conditioning necessary to encounter the journey. Our training seeks to provide organizations with the tools and resources to enhance work environments but also guides teams on the techniques to maximize and impart the learnings. Training can include but is not limited to: managing through adversities, creating urgency to change behaviors, reading the room, learning how to pivot and developing allies.
There are times when organizations experience an influx of change and morale is low, or they embark on a new and exciting venture. The Outcomes Architect provides organizations with keen messaging through these changes that can inspire in the face of challenges. We support organizations through message rendering and advice. We also provide presentations that span topics on health and wellness, equity, employee satisfaction, strategy, public health, and program design. We are available to present through remote platforms, in person conferences, town hall, workshops, etc.
