This gorgeous reverse toile features a neutral motif on a rich federal blue ground.  Made of 100% Cotton the panel features a three inch rod pocket with no header.  Use a 2-1/2″ continental rod or a decorative curtain rod no larger that 1-3/8 inches in diameter.
