The Corded Filler Valance features a 3-inch rod pocket and 2-inch header, and the self-cording along the bottom edge makes this custom window valance flow perfectly when gathered on the rod. This custom valance is fully lined with high-quality Luster Sateen lining (off-white), the best quality in the industry.
