Regency Duchess Valance

Made in America, the feature a traditional Jacobean floral pattern done in a color story of blues, greens, and sunshine yellow, on an ivory ground. This versatile window swag can be hung alone, as pictured above, or The Duchess Valance is a two piece fully lined valance with 3 inch rod pocket and 2 inch header (ruffle above rod). The bottom edge is handsomely scalloped and corded. (note: use Duchess Inserts between the 2 pieces to accommodate larger windows.)
