If the host calls for a “time-out” or displays a time-out sign, all guests must cease speaking until the situation is resolved and the conversation can continue in a constructive manner.

If a guest indeed fails to comply with this provision full disclosure including sales and income for that project or product will be provided to the show’s owner forever and immediately to ensure the show’s portion of the proceeds.
This provision is written to prevent products and projects that are not approved by the show’s owner from being discussed on the show. Therefore, if you have these intentions, please discuss them with the show’s owner prior to your appearance to obtain approvals or denials regarding your intentions.
