Victoria Park Toile Tie Up Valance

The tie-up valance measures 60 inches wide by 24 inches long and comes in Victoria Park Toile fabric in red, black, blue, or green tones. It includes no header but has a 3-inch rod pocket that fits a 2 ½-inch continental rod for easy hanging. The straps are reversible, allowing customers to choose whether to display matching fabric or a coordinating Logan Check fabric. This valance is made in the U.S. by Ellis Curtains with 100 percent cotton, 7-ounce duck cloth.
