1. Ownership and Rights
   By participating as a guest on the “Proud to be an American” podcast, you acknowledge and agree that all rights to the podcast and its content are owned exclusively by “Proud to be an American.” This includes, but is not limited to, any audio, video, or written segments produced during your appearance. You understand that “Proud to be an American” may share, distribute, or sell any part of the podcast without seeking your permission or providing compensation. You also agree to provide contact information for the show’s owner to any interested parties seeking to air or purchase segments of the podcast. The show reserves the right to select the topics discussed on the show. The show is not responsible and can not be held liable for any statements of any guest and in all contexts. The show reserves the right to remove a guest from the show at any time if the host has determined it is necessary. If the host gives their opinion during the show he/she will be speaking as an American Citizen not as the host. The show reserves the right to accept advertisements and utilize marketing of their choice regardless of what a past, present or future guest may think.
2. Guest Rights
   As a guest, you retain the right to share the podcast and promote it through your own channels. However, you acknowledge that you do not hold any rights to the content beyond this. The podcast may be linked to various social media platforms to facilitate broader discussions about American perspectives.
3. Preparation and Content Submission
   You agree to come prepared for your appearance, having thoughtfully considered the topics you wish to discuss. If you intend to use any media clips or videos during your segment, you must submit these materials in advance for approval. This allows the production team to ensure that all content is appropriately integrated into the show.
4. Scheduling
   You understand that scheduling for guest appearances is determined by the relevance of your topic, availability, and completion of the sign-up process. There is no guarantee of a specific order in which guests will be scheduled.
5. Conduct During the Show
   In the event that discussions become heated, all guests are expected to adhere to the host’s guidance. If the host calls for a “time-out” or displays a time-out sign, all guests must cease speaking until the situation is resolved and the conversation can continue in a constructive manner.
6. Inclusivity and Focus
   You acknowledge that the “Proud to be an American” podcast is dedicated to providing a platform for diverse American voices. The show does not promote any specific culture, race, or political affiliation. Instead, it aims to foster open dialogue about the concerns and opinions of the American public.

By participating as a guest on the “Proud to be an American” podcast, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. Thank you for contributing to this important conversation.

1. Respectful Language: Guests must refrain from using profanity, slurs, or any offensive language during the podcast.

2. Stay On Topic: Discussions should remain relevant to the theme of the show. Guests are encouraged to prepare their thoughts in advance to ensure a focused conversation. 

3. Avoid Personal and Professional Attacks: The show is not responsible for derogatory comments towards other individuals, including fellow guests, hosts, or any public figures. 

4. Confidentiality: If it is public knowledge then it is not confidential and can be discussed on the show. Any sensitive information regarding the operations of the show is confidential and shall remain confidential unless otherwise given written permission by the show. 

5. Technical Preparedness: Guests must ensure they have a stable internet connection and functioning audio/video equipment prior to the recording to avoid disruptions. 

6. Compliance with Laws: All guests will comply with applicable laws and regulations during their participation. If a guest does not comply the show is not responsible. 

7. Punctuality: Guests are expected to join the podcast on time. Late arrivals are not acceptable, and the show reserves the right to replace a late guest and/or prohibit that guest from appearing on that show.

8. Promotion Guidelines: Guests are not permitted to promote their own projects or products on the show unless the show’s owner and the guest have a written agreement prior to the show. If a guest fails to comply with this guideline the show will have a financial stake in the project or product promoted on the show without permission at 51% of the proceeds. If a guest indeed fails to comply with this provision full disclosure including sales and income for that project or product will be provided to the show’s owner forever and immediately to ensure the show’s portion of the proceeds.

This provision is written to prevent products and projects that are not approved by the show’s owner from being discussed on the show. Therefore, if you have these intentions, please discuss them with the show’s owner prior to your appearance to obtain approvals or denials regarding your intentions.                                       

9. Respect for Diversity: All Are Welcome. Guests should be mindful and respectful of diverse opinions and backgrounds, fostering an open discussion for all participants. 

10. No Disruptive Behavior: Guests should avoid any behavior that could be considered disruptive, including excessive interruptions or distractions during the conversation.

11. 11. Show Not Responsible: If a guest fails to abide by any provision of the guidelines the show IS NOT responsible. The show also has the right to mute and/or remove a guest during a live show.
